Hi everyone! A bit late, but here are the monthly figures — both last month's February data and the current month, March. We closed February with 85.5% occupancy, and in March we're currently at 71%, which is encouraging. The Budapest average (NTAK) occupancy was 40.4% in February, with the average nightly rate around 19 902 Ft.
The completeness of the circle around each date shows what percentage of available apartments were sold. The colour of the circle indicates the average price: the greener it is, the more expensive that day was compared to the rest of the month. If there is no green circle, it means there was no significant difference between the daily average prices.
How can these charts help you?
They answer two recurring questions: 'How did your previous month go?' and 'How are you doing with the next one?' These are aggregated data from 100+ apartments. We intentionally don't publish prices, as they aren't comparable: 100€ per night for a 2-bed studio is a great result, but for an 8-person luxury property it would be dreadful. What is clearly visible, however: if you didn't manage to sell a particular day, you can find out here whether others struggled too. And if you see a day in the upcoming month that's still empty for you but already booked at good prices for other apartments — it might be worth reviewing your pricing!
