Apartment Diagnostic
Most owners see the end result: bookings arrive, money arrives. What they don't see is how much was left on the table: through poor pricing, a weak listing, slow reactions, unmanaged risk. The Apartment Diagnostic gives you a benchmark for exactly that. It's free, takes a few minutes, and you don't need to switch managers to get it.
1. modul
How much does your apartment earn, and how much could it?
Not renting yet? We estimate from your apartment's characteristics. Already renting? We compare your current numbers against the market benchmark and show you where money is being left on the table.
2. modul
Is your apartment in order on paper, too?
The first function is live: the NTAK number check. We show you which listings run on your number, what the accommodation rating register knows about it, and whether a district permit is attached. The check will grow with further compliance points.
The full apartment diagnostic, with a score on all five pillars and a personal analysis.
We use the data you provide solely for the diagnostic. We won't call you unless you ask us to.
An expanding check
The first function is already working: the NTAK number check. On its own it answers a question you cannot get answered anywhere else: is your property in order in the registries?
The check will expand to the other points of compliant operation: are you declaring VAT correctly, do your invoices carry the right content, and is your IFA settlement in order.
The module is useful even while only one feature is live: every new check adds to your existing results.
How it works
Most calculators ask for your contact details before showing you anything. We do it the other way round: you see the results with no gate, and we only ask for an email address for the personal analysis.
A few minutes, one question per step. Stop anytime, we save your progress.
Pillar scores, an estimated revenue range, the three most important findings. No gate.
One of our colleagues goes through your details and emails you what they see. Nothing else.
