Risk check
One NTAK number belongs to one property. In practice the same number sometimes runs on a dozen listings, and the owner only finds out when an inspection arrives. Enter the number and we will show you what we see about it on the Budapest market.
What we check
We build the answer from four sources. Every field says which one it came from, and flags anything that is only an assumption.
Which Budapest Airbnb and Booking listings display this number, and how we rate each one: the number belongs to the listing, looks suspicious, or is foreign to it.
Who these listings belong to, and how many listings the same host runs in Budapest.
Whether the number appears in the public register of rated accommodations (szallashelyminosites.hu), with how many stars, and until when the rating is valid.
Whether a district accommodation permit can be linked to the number, and what it contains: rooms, beds, licensed capacity.
If a listing you do not know runs on your number, or your permit is missing, you do not have to sort it out alone. Write to us and we will look at what can be done.
