In December, our apartments operated at 93% occupancy, significantly above the average based on publicly available NTAK data.

• The average occupancy in Budapest's inner districts was 57.3% this month, while GuestGuru apartments achieved 93%
• Additionally, the Budapest average rate was HUF 34,091, while ours was HUF 50,671

The completeness of the circle around each date shows what percentage of available apartments were booked. The colour of the circle indicates the average rate: the greener it is, the more expensive that day was compared to the rest of the month. If there is no green circle, it means there was no significant difference between daily average rates.
