We're launching a regular podcast series about Airbnb management with Ingatlan.fm!
Our team has been greatly honoured: the host of Ingatlan.fm, one of Hungary's leading real estate podcast channels, invited us, the GuestGuru experts, to become their regular partners in a brand-new conversation series exploring the behind-the-scenes of Budapest's short-term rental market!
We've already completed the first recording. In March, at the Ingatlan.fm studio, we examined the hottest topic of the moment — the turbulent situation of current Budapest Airbnb regulations and the immediate actions property owners need to take.
What to expect in the next episode?
We're already working full steam on the second episode, where we'll dig even deeper. Host Péter Jóna will be interviewing GuestGuru experts about the challenges of domestic Airbnb management:
- Péter Antos, our Sales Director, who sees property owners' greatest fears and market expectations on a daily basis.
- Tamás Krasser, our IT Director, who sheds light on the problems from the technology side.
The conversation will focus on mapping Budapest's Airbnb problem landscape, the possibilities of rethinking current rigid regulations, and GuestGuru's concrete professional recommendations.
