The invoice must always show the FULL gross accommodation fee paid by the guest — including the platform commission!

Airbnb (15.5% Host-Only Fee): the price paid by the guest is the gross amount, from which Airbnb deducts its 15.5% commission. The invoice must show the FULL amount BEFORE deduction.
Booking.com (~15% commission): the full amount paid by the guest is the gross accommodation fee.

Important: Since October 2025, Airbnb uses a unified Host-Only Fee model (15.5%). The guest does not pay a separate Airbnb service fee; the host pays the entire commission.

IFA and VAT must be calculated from this gross amount.
