What is NTAK and how do I register?
NTAK (National Tourism Data Centre) is the system operated by MTÜ where you are legally required to report guest traffic data. You can register at ntak.hu using your government gateway account and tax number.
Registration requirements:
- Main activity: 5520 (Holiday and other short-stay accommodation)
- Accommodation type: private accommodation (in most cases)
- NTAK-compatible accommodation management software (e.g. the free "VENDÉGEM" — vendegem.hu)
The software certification is also required for the operating permit.
