In some districts, explicit consent is required — it is not enough that there is no prohibiting resolution.
A general meeting can be initiated with 10% of ownership shares. Voting: 50%+1 of attendees is needed. Alternative: written consent of neighbours (50%+1).
In District VII, condominium consent is not legally required, but under Regulation 46/2025 you are allowed 0 rental days without a condominium agreement — so in practice it is de facto necessary.
